19.1 – We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

19.2 – The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

19.4 – Refunds, if approved by Royal Crown Dental Clinic management, will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

19.5 – payment confirmation and the time the payment confirmation will reach the customer via SMS & Email provided by the customer.

19.6 – Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
